During his tenures in both public accounting and private industry, he has worked with owners of closely-held, mid-cap sized companies and Fortune 100 companies, operating in the United States, Europe and Asia. Paul’s experience spans many fields including hospitality, real estate and construction development, professional services, technology, and manufacturing. He has developed tax strategies and performed due-diligence analysis for acquisitions and dispositions, and prepared financial forecasts for nationwide and introductory offerings. As an accounting professional, Paul has an extensive background in financial accounting and reporting. In working with businesses, he has particular expertise with tax and business planning, financial modeling and budgeting, automating processes, and providing accounting services for business start-ups and emerging companies. Paul’s professional experience also extends to working with individuals, providing tax planning and preparation services, along with developing short-term and long-term budgets to achieve individual and family goals. Paul received a Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in both Accounting and Finance from Georgia State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Georgia Society of CPA’s. |
